Q. What is the ballroom dress rental selection at Rhythmic Rentals?
We have a wide selection (currently up to size 18) of dresses available for premier events like the Ohio Star Ball to local showcases. No matter your age or dance couture needs, our expert staff will ensure you find the right outfit.
Q. How do I get the ballroom dress I want?
The first step is to review our How It Works page. We ship dresses daily (Monday-Friday) to our clients. We ship via FedEx 2-day (or overnight if requested).
Q. Do you only rent dresses?
No, we also offer ballroom dresses for sale. In addition to dresses, we also offer dancewear and accessories.
Q. How can I be sure the ballroom dress I rent is properly cleaned?
The maintenance and care of our inventory has the highest priority at Rhythmic Rentals. We know how important a clean dress is to our customers - we take great care in making sure that all of our dresses are professionally cleaned after every use. We simply will not rent out a dress that we ourselves would not be 100% comfortable wearing.
Q. How much does it cost to rent a ballroom dress?
Rhythm/Latins start at $140 for 1-5 days. Smooth/Standard start at $175 for 1-5 days.
Q. If I see a ballroom dress that I like, can I reserve it?
Yes you can. Just select Rent from the drop down box on the Dress Detail page. You may purchase cancellation insurance for $20/dress (see reservation agreement for details).
Q. How far in advance can I reserve a dress?
Up to 6 months.
Q. What forms of payment will you accept?
We accept all major credit (including Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover).

Q. How often do you add to your dress selection?
We are constantly adding to our selection to be sure we continue to have the widest possible options available of any place in the country. Visit our New Arrivals regularly.
Q. What size ballroom dresses do you carry?
Currently, we cover sizes 0 through 18.
Q. How can I try on a particular ballroom dress before renting it?
Just select Check Availability from the drop down box on the Dress Detail page. Agree to our Terms and Conditions and then check out (be sure to enter your Rental Dates). We check which dresses are available and will send you a Try On approval email. Once you approve (check out), we can then ship you the dress. You are responsible for shipping fees and a nominal handling fee of $10 per dress. Please refer to our How It Works page for more details.
Q. What is your cancellation policy for reserved dresses?
Once you checkout dresses for Rent, this confirms your reservation. You will be charged the Rental fee, Shipping fees and taxes (for North Carolina shipments) at this time. If you cancel your reservation more than one month before your Rental Start Date, you will receive a 75% refund on the Rental fee and 100% refund on Shipping fees. Only Shipping refunds are given on cancellations within one month from Rental Start Date (unless cancellation insurance is purchased).
Q. Can I avoid this Rental Cancellation Fee?
Yes, for $20 per dress, you may purchase Cancellation Insurance. This will give you a 75% credit toward any dress rental fee provided it is used within 12 months of original rental begin date.
Q. What is your Dancewear and Accessories shipping and return policy?
Shipping is free within the continental United States. You may also return the item for a full refund (less shipping) within 15 days (see Terms & Conditions).
